Tulsa Police released bodycam video from the arrest of a man accused of assaulting two QuikTrip clerks and jumping on the roof of a car.
It was August 8th at around 11 p.m. when police say Thomas Arellano-McNair took a couple cases of beer then walked out before coming back inside – jumping the counter and assaulting the clerks.
When police arrived, they say Arellano-McNair ran across Highway 169. In the bodycam video, he says he ran because he feared for his life.
“I didn’t know if you guys were killing me,” he says in the video.
Arellano-McNair remains in jail for robbery, assault and battery, malicious injury to property and resisting arrest.
