Chicago rapper Fredo Santana is dead after suffering a seizure, according to TMZ. He was 27.
The tragic news was first shared by Maxo Kream, a collaborator and friend of Santana. “I’m lost for words right now,” he wrote on Instagram. “RIP a real Savage.”
