Demi Lovato celebrated her birthday with Ariana Grande at Ari’s London Sweetener show, where they hung out backstage, had cake, and Ari even led a chant for Demi. These two are the best friends we never knew we needed in our lives.
What’s up everyone? It’s Sussan Mourad here with Clevver News and I have to start by wishing Demi Lovato a very happy 27th birthday!
We all know that she has gone through A LOT in the past year, but it seems like she has a very supportive new community around her and we couldn’t be happier for her.
Since Demi signed with Scooter Braun, Demi and Ariana Grande have obviously been spending more time together now that they have the same manager.
And Lovatics and Ariantors, you might want to grab some tissues or confetti because this friendship might make you cry tears of joy and celebrate.
They have been gushing over each other on social media.
Demi shared this post from backstage at Ariana’s show when Ari had her entire team do a little pre-show birthday tribute for Demi.
Along with sharing the video, Demi wrote quote, “This was too sweet not to post…. before show prayer they did this for my bday 😭 I’m so so proud of you @arianagrande. You f*cking killed that!!! I love you tons 💕”
Ari also posted on her story sharing this video and wrote quote, “I love you @ddlovato happy birthday (in an hour)”
Their manager Scooter also go in on the birthday fun and posted this video of Demi blowing out the candles on her birthday cake and you can see Ariana there celebrating with her.
And if you had a chance to watch Demi’s Instagram stories, they are just all of her fangirling over Ariana at her Sweetener Tour concert.
Sooo I have to ask the question on everyone’s mind.
Are we gonna get a collab?
Demi is supposed to drop new music soon and we know that Ari is always down for a solid collab.
And I feel like now that they are under the same management that is totally possible, especially now that they seem to be besties.
And Twitter agrees with me.
One person wrote quote, “Still patiently waiting on that @ArianaGrande and Demi Lovato collab. I just know it’s coming 🤞🏼”
And another said quote, “Now that I’ve seen that @ArianaGrande and Demi Lovato spend a lot of time together and are friends I think they should collab… oh gosh just imagine how good their voices together will sound 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤”
Ariana and Demi, the people have spoken.
We are ready for that collab whenever you are.
