HEMI R/T DONK! ROLLIN ON 28’S! LOVE IT OR HATE IT! BET IT UP KUSTOMS!

When “Bankroll” Tim Bourgoine of Bet It Up Kustoms told me he had a ’14 Hemi R/T Challenger in the shop for the Bet It Up treatment, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to check it out. I’ve seen many of the so called “Donks”, but never have I seen a newer Hemi R/T Challenger donked out. Love them or hate them, as I don’t like some of them but, I think this one has a great look to it, especially with the style of the Rockstarr wheels. Now you ask yourself, who would take a modern day muscle car, as with this daily driver’14 Hemi R/t Challenger, with 20k miles on it, modify the suspension, brackets and body, to fit the 28″ rims and 275/252R/28 tires? Tim doesn’t ask questions, he just does what the customer wants!

  1. I know this shit old but a lotta y’all saying this shit trash, a clown car etc etc…I wouldn’t put 8s on a car either. To me that’s way too much weight at the same time I don’t think his car trash. I mean to each their own. Just because it’s something YOU wouldn’t do…doesn’t make him wrong or his car trash.

  2. Good content & A hellA beautiful ride, but let me point this out to all you's who don't know the TRUE definition of a DONK. A DONK IS A 70s CAPRICE, A BOX IS A 80s CAPRICE, & A BUBBLE IS A 90s CAPRICE. The names go by the body style of a "CAPRICE". These rookies in the RIM game got the name DONK all f*©ked up.

  3. I like the RIM style. This look is pretty stupid for a muscle car. i cringed when i saw dude chopping up the wheel wells. Also – you can't put this in ANY SRT. 265/35 is thinner than the stock wheel. That means you will spin your tires out anytime you want to move the car faster than snail pace. Good money spent on gaaaahbage

  4. I wonder if the people doing this understand that it makes the car slower, and impedes its ability to stop. Rotational weight – Google is your friend.

Oh, and shaving the metal down to put these on is a great way to destroy the value of the car.
