  1. To watch a bunch of over paid, over glorified, grown adults play in the land of make believe, then try to lecture the rest of us on how to live our lives. Only proves how pretentious these self absorbed thought supremacists really are.  Fuck them all.

  2. So ya'll just gonna brush off Guillermo Del Toro's double win (even though his speeches were about diversity and young film makers) or Coco's double win. Guess Complex only cares about black people.

  3. Kobe Bryant's Statement on the alleged rape, "Although I truly believe this encounter between us was consensual, I recognize now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did"

  4. Kobe Bryant charged with raping a 19 year old women, won an Oscar during the era of the #Metoo and #Time's up movement, let that mind numbing hypocrisy sink in. What's next George Zimmerman winning a BET Award for his contribution to the African-American community. 😧😧

  5. When people say someone was "The first Black person to win an Oscar", who's achievement is that?
People say that like it's a great accomplishment for Black people.
They are basically saying that Black people are usually incompetent, but "this one" was finally good enough for The Great White Award.. They are saying Black people should be proud that one of them was qualified for this great honor.. Or is it White people congratulating themselves for appearing to not be racist.

Either way, I don't give a fuck. I don't need an award show to tell me if a movie is good. Congratulations to Jordan Peele for directing a good movie.
