LeBron Carries Cavs To Finals; Helping Harden in Houston, Top Five Clutch Players | Out of Bounds

On this episode of #OutofBounds, Gilbert Arenas, Adam Caparell and Pierce Simpson recap LeBron James’ playoff brilliance, carrying his Cleveland Cavaliers to the NBA Finals in stunning fashion. The guys put LeBron’s greatness into perspective, as King James gets to the Finals for the eighth straight year, but this one is, quite possibly, the most impressive.

Meanwhile, the team that came up just short, the Boston Celtics, has plenty to build off of. The crew looks to the bright future for the Celtics and considers the changes that could come in Boston.

As for the other Game 7 in the playoffs, has momentum swung to the Warriors? With Chris Paul out, and ahead with a 17-point lead in the first quarter, did the Rockets blow a golden opportunity in the Bay? The guys look for someone to step up in Houston, or if we’re ready for the fourth installment of the Warriors and Cavs.

And with the postseason coming down to crunch time, we get to see big time players produce in big time spots. Throughout the season we saw superstars shoulder the load carry their team, deliver game winners and come through when it counted. This got the guys wonder who in the league is the most clutch, and they narrowed it down to the top five.

  1. This is the best Lebron I've ever seen. Finally rising to greatness. Finally hitting clutch shots. Finally making all the right plays. Carrying the team as always. Very impressive this year.

  2. Gil calling Jordan a scorer is foolish. Jordan dominated on both ends of the court. LeBron is just bigger & playing in a league where the 3 pointer is the shot everyone is taking instead of getting to the basket like Jordan ALWAYS did.
