Manziel Bipolar, Making Comeback; LaVar Warns Lakers; Coke-Pushing Pitcher | Out of Bounds

Why would a former athlete who made over $40 million risk everything in the drug game? Following the arrest of onetime MLB All-Star pitcher Esteban Loaiza for allegedly trafficking 20 kilos of cocaine, Gilbert Arenas and the #OutofBounds crew tries to figure that out. Speaking of drugs ruining careers, infamous party boy and NFL bust Johnny Manziel revealed yesterday that he’s bipolar and doing much better now that he’s sober and on medication. The guys discuss whether the revelation makes it more or less likely that a team will give the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner a second shot. In “Fair or Foul,” Gil and the gang address LaVar Ball’s reported ultimatum that if the Lakers don’t sign his younger sons LiAngelo and LaMelo, that Lonzo will leave them for any team that will sign all three…. Finally, with NBA teams picking up players who’ve cleared waivers, the team debates whether any of these spare parts will actually help a contender — and if it’s just over for Derrick Rose.

  1. how can an African American man say outta his mouth that nothing "black history" happened in February … Man you are a super Uncle Tom for that check boy … Lost mad respect for you just then

  2. I wanted Miami to make a move to go get Wiggins…we keep hearing complaints about Wiggins and his effort when you watch he makes plays for Wolves and his on ball D isn't as bad as advertised…sure he doesn't help as well, but I contend you put him in that Miami Heat culture he explodes a a bonafide All-star. I want Wiggins to land there or on the Sixers as I think him, Ben and Embiid would be legit scary.

  3. Derrick Rose doesn't suck…if sucking is averaging 17/18ppg last year…then more guys need to aspire to suck. He is getting paid minimum to just be a spark…the right situation (Wolves with Thib?) may kick start his hunger
