Prosecutors have requested DNA swabs from all four suspects in the murder of XXXTentacion.
In court documents obtained by Complex, the State of Florida has called for the defendants to be “fingerprinted and swabbed for DNA.” Additionally, the documents note, the court may require blood, hair, “and other materials of the defendant’s body,” so long as such materials don’t result in “unreasonable intrusion.” The documents were filed this week.
