Somehow, despite Ctrl being loaded with some of 2017’s most compelling songwriting, SZA didn’t win any of the five Grammys she was up for last month. In a new interview with GQ Wednesday, SZA reflected on those nominations and shared her thoughts on the creative vibes of Best New Artist winner Alessia Cara.

  1. COMPLEX she was totally snubbed! CTRL was the soundtrack of my life Summer 17’. Almost every track had me in my feelings. I felt her raw passion and lifeblood throughout that album! F the Grammys.

  2. This is so lame. She "dealt" with "only getting five Grammy nominations" but no wins? What a joke. Better artists went their entire careers unrecognized. This bitch gets mad she didn't get a Grammy her first year of relevance? Get the fuck out of here.
